Meet Rhiannon

I’m excited to introduce you to HOLD.

After 12 years in the British Army, I intentionally pivoted 180 degrees, and founded HOLD.

The time I spent serving as an officer, and before that training and competing in gymnastics, means I am just as disciplined and limber as you might assume. 

At the same time, having relied for years on yoga as an antidote to stress, I truly understand the transformational value of mind-body movement practices.

This means I bring to my teaching a unique blend of discipline, structure and attention to detail infused with grounding, nurturing energy.

Through HOLD, I offer sessions that are both challenging and supportive, helping you simultaneously build strength, improve mobility, cultivate mental clarity and work towards inner calm. 

Whatever your own background, and whether you're seeking to push your limits or find balance, HOLD will guide you with precision, motivation, and a focus on sustainable, long-term wellbeing.
